Guided wine tastings can be adapted to suit your needs: Champagne & sparkling, Burgundy vs. England Pinot Noir, Rhone whites, Bordeaux vs. new world blends, The wines of Uruguay, oaked vs. unoaked - the options are endless!After passing the Level 3 WSET in Wine with merit in 2024, I was offered the opportunity to spend two months at Narbona Wine Lodge in Uruguay. I arrived on the first day of harvest 2025. Exciting times! Whilst there I :- Conducted daily sampling in the lab
- Ran winery tours and tastings in English, Portuguese and (bad) Spanish
- Acted as sommelier when needed
- Organised technical sheets and tasting notes for all wines in 4 languagesBefore leaving Uruguay I also produced a marketing report for Bodega Las Garzas, focusing on their desire to start a new visitor experience.Today I offer tailored marketing services for vineyards and associated businesses through my consultancy Barrel & Brand Marketing Services.
